Description
In 1847, the head of the Kielce county authorities Tomasz Zieliński, a patron of fine arts and lover of antiquities, became a leaseholder of a riding school building and transformed it into a private residence.
In this way, a romantic palace-cum-park complex came into existence; it"s surrounded by a wall with a tower known and Plotkarka (gossipy lady). Now it houses a café and a recreation center for creative artists.
