It is the combination health resorts’ medical potential with experience in medical and beauty treatments; town’s natural potential and cultural values of the region. Combination of high quality treatments and active leisure pursuits guarantees physical, mental and beautyimprovement. Seniors interested in taking a rest in Busko Zdrój can undergo a series of medical treatments based on the natural iodide-bromide waters as well as hydrotherapy, kinesitherapy, lasertherapy or classical or stone massages which may be complemented with various beauty treatments (masks, peelings, compresses, etc.).
Depending on the overall well-being and interests, Seniors can take numerous guided tours of Busko-Zdrój and the region (health resort park, sanatories, Jędrzejów, Nowy Korczyn, Pińczów, Wiślica) or a trip by narrow-gauge train “Ciuchcia Expres Ponidzie”. Leisure time can be spent –under the doctor’s consent – in the active way which is suitable for patient"s physical condition (nordic walking, swimming pool, vibrating platform, individual and group gymnastics, and passive table gymnastics). Physical activity is supplemented by various types of diet, such as 1200 kcal diet, well-balanced and perfect for the needs and requirements of the elders.
Package is made more attractive by various relaxing and therapeutic workshops and music therapy which improve mental well-being of seniors. Two times a week special concerts of Spa Orchestra and other cultural events organised by Health Resort Busko-Zdrój S.A.
The package is available in 7- and 14-day long version as well as on particular occasions (Valentine"s Day, Christmas, Easter, New Year"s Eve, New Year, etc.). The occasional packages are made more attractive by special theme events (Chrostmas Eve Supper, or New Year"s Eve Party). Diverse activities and flexible choice of treatments and leisure time pursuits guarantee rest, relaxation and physical and mental well-being improvement to patients of various age and physical condition. Standard SPA package can be modified to suit our elderly patient"s children or grandchildren needs.

Additional information:
The patients should have valid results of basic tests – BSR, morphology, ECG, urine analysis, chest X-ray. It is possible to do all the test in the Health Resort but it involves additional fee and resignation from the first scheduled day of the package.
