Tiredness, stress and hard work are inseparable from contemporary daily routine. If it is followed by the lack of effective rest or ability to relax, temporary weariness can easily transform into chronic one which easily impairs immunity. Constant stress and tiredness means high blood pressure, nervousness, sleep problems and susceptibility to depression. Keeping in mind that stress is illness, the experts from Rehabilitation and Medical Center NATURA has developed a complex therapeutic programme for patients who live under constant mental strain and need physical and psychological renewal.

 

The session lasts 7 days and starts with infra-red light therapy. The next step is doctor"s appointment in which detailed therapeutic schedule for the whole week is arranged in order to achieve relaxation in the most effective way. The patients can undergo:
- therapeutic massages;
- ozone baths;
- lymphatic massages;
- Anti-ageing facial massages;
- massaging armchair and therapy with light;
- jade bed;
- eye treatment;
- sauna;
- massages with foot joint mobilization.

One can also undergo special aesthetic dermatology treatments, cryotherapy, physiotherapy or beauty  treatments. Moreover, one can analyse body composition weight and, if such need arises, draw up the right diet. The package is supplemented by natural phototherapy (cure for depression), as Busko-Zdrój is frequently exposed to sunlight. Both climate and region alike invite for long walks. It may seems that six days is a relatively short term, but for those who are unable to find fifteen minutes of rest in their daily routine, such stay full of the right treatments is beneficial. Relaxing package in NATURA is the week-off not only from work but also from daily pressure, train of thoughts and lack of rest. It is the time to charge the batteries and get ready for the following active weeks.

Additional information
All our guest should have result of recent tests. The stay starts each Sunday (arrivals 14.00 – 18.00; after 18.00 the check-in desk is closed).
