The Singing Package

Description

People who use voice as their work tool – artists, singers, vocalists, choir members, teachers, radio journalist or coaches – very often suffer from conditions plaguing their susceptible instrument. Despite deep throat care – avoiding too hot or too cold drinks, the choice of appropriate clothes and protecting oneself against draughts – vocal cords and larynx can easily weary or catch a cold, which makes work difficult or even impossible.

 

Health Resort Busko Zdrój S.A. is preparing a special offer – “The Singing Package” for all the patients whose voice is fundamental to their career. The package includes 6 days of intensive care for upper respiratory tract and vocal cords with the special use of individual inhalation, oxygen therapy and iodide-bromide baths in mini swimming pool with hydro-massages. Each treatment is prescribed by the doctor who adjust the type and intensity of inhalation to the patient"s needs.
Inhalation, oxygen therapy and baths are enhanced with graduation tower in Marconi Sanatorium.
Here the iodide-brine solution is pumped up to the graduation tower top and evaporates, dripping down along its slopes. Specific macroclimate, similar to that one at the seaside  is created around the tower and can be used as medical inhalation.
Most of the people working with voice are under stress. That is why the package is going to be supplemented with additional treatments, such as classical massages, current-therapy or lamps, which all allow you to use your stay in Busko as a way of resting and relaxing.
Actors, singers or coaches should also be aware of their physical health. “The Singing Package” offers a wide range of activities, such as nordic walking, pilates, aerobic, swimming pool, individual gymnastics or vibration exercise platform. Such offer that the physically-active patients do not fall out of their daily trainig, whereas patients who do not exercise much have opportunity to try out various fitness exercises in order to find something of their own liking.
“The Singing Package” is not only a very effective and extensive vocal cord care, but also means of relaxation and rest. One can also try the weekend-long version of the package. However, one should be aware that effectiveness of this option cannot be compared to the full, 6-day long stay.
