What is a graduation tower?
Simply put, a graduation tower is a structure used for inhaling air saturated with iodine and other beneficial elements. Located in central Poland, the graduation tower therefore has a truly seaside climate.The whole secret of the graduation tower lies in the use of natural materials. Its walls are filled with dense blackthorn, and the brine flowing down it creates a therapeutic mist. The iodine-saturated aerosol has remarkable therapeutic properties.

Busko Graduation Tower: traditional methods in an impressive setting
The heart of the #tężniabusko complex is, of course, the brine graduation tower. The structure is impressive in every way. The size of the building alone is impressive. Visible from afar, the outer circle of the graduation tower is over 70 metres in diameter, which is more than twice the size of the Krakow barbican.
The walls of the structure are 10 metres high. This is enough for the healing aerosol to surround you on all sides and for you to admire the panorama of Busko-Zdrój from the observation deck at the top of the graduation tower.
Inside, you can relax in the courtyard with a mist fountain. You will reach it through maze-like passages that separate two rings filled with blackthorn.
More than just a graduation tower
In the #TężniaBusko complex, in addition to the new spa house, you will find everything you need to feel completely relaxed among the sophisticated, modern architecture of the Spa House.
Here, even on rainy days or in winter, you can use the indoor mini graduation tower. With a cup of aromatic coffee, you can plan your stay in Busko-Zdrój and Ponidzie. If you feel like exploring this region by bike, you can rent bicycles at the spa house. It is worth taking an evening walk to the graduation tower. After dark, the building is decorated with impressive illuminations. In the spring and summer months, you can also enjoy a spectacle of light and sound performed by the multimedia fountain.

In winter, when most spas take a break, the graduation tower courtyard is transformed into a charming ice rink. During your winter stay in Busko-Zdrój, you may have the opportunity to sample regional delicacies at the Christmas market.

A graduation tower full of culture
During the season, the graduation tower courtyard turns into an open-air stage. It is possible that during a walk in the graduation tower you will hear your favourite classical or popular music performed by musicians from the Busko Spa Orchestra. Justyna Steczkowska and Krzysztof Ochman, who represented Poland at the Eurovision Song Contest, have already performed here.
